Reverse Interviewing: Questions to Ask Yourself and the Employer for Success on the Job Search

Interviewing the interviewer.

Interviewing the interviewer.

Part of the free Career Development Series. Note: This is not a CLE program.

Program Description

The employer isn’t the only one who should be asking questions in the interview process. To be a successful job applicant, getting clarity in your preparation on what you like, dislike and hope to achieve will help you design high-impact questions to ask the employer.  It’s also essential to ask questions to identify the employer’s goals and challenges. The more you and the employer have shared expectations about the role and culture, the more likely you will be to get the job and be successful at it. In this recorded webinar, a  recruiter and a career coach discuss what they think it takes to build rapport during an interview and how you can leverage the conversation to set yourself up for success.
