Description
In this segment, we’ll explore what it’s like to work in government from both an in-house and private perspective. Bill Scheiderich has represented cities and public service districts in Oregon initially focusing on labor and employment law and going on to include land use decision writing and defense of challenges to those decisions; all aspects of municipal finance; and, prosecution and defense of other municipal enactments in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He now handles select assignments from his home office in Spokane, Washington. Adriane Dudley engages in private practice in the beautiful US Virgin Islands. She represents entities seeking government economic development benefits such as tax exemptions. She serves as outside counsel to government agencies and public corporations in their operations involving contracts, development, legislation and corporate governance. Like Bill, she works to balance the interests of all stakeholders, public and private.
