Description

High Growth Food and Beverage law is a niche area of law that supports a growing industry of emerging and high growth brands, retailers, technology companies, and more. These clients have a unique set of legal challenges as they compete in massively competitive markets, expand their product lines, and raise growth capital. Attorneys in the industry can provide invaluable advice and guidance across a spectrum of disciplines, including angel and venture capital financing, intellectual property, regulatory affairs, advertising and marketing, commercial agreements, and mergers and acquisitions, to name a few. Our speakers will discuss their career paths in the industry, provide their thoughts on the skills you’ll need to break into this area, what drew them to it, the pros and cons, and what a typical day in their practice entails. As Food and Beverage trends continue to evolve, the legal industry in this field will continue to grow and adapt to better understand new opportunities where they arise.
