Background
Throughout the MENA region, the ABA Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) works to foster rule of law by assisting local partners upgrade legal education, strengthen the legal profession, fight corruption, advance the rights and professional participation of women, counter human trafficking, enhance access to justice, and build a rule of law culture. ABA ROLI’s initiatives endeavor to strengthen the standing of individual countries and regions vis-à-vis international standards and best practices.
