Background

Since 2018, ABA ROLI has worked regionally in Southern Africa, through the Advancing Rights in Southern Africa (ARISA) and SADC Anti-Trafficking in Persons (TIP) programs to improve the recognition, awareness, and protection of human rights across the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) region, including in Angola. ABA ROLI’s two Angola specific programs aim to support the country’s advancement of the rule of law through judicial system strengthening and the promotion of press freedom.
