With introductions by Dayna Bowen Matthew, JD, PhD, GWU Law Dean, this session we will honor and hear from the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize Winners – Center for Civil Liberties (Ukraine), represented by Oleksandra Romantsova, Executive Director of the Center for Civil Liberties and Memorial (Russia), represented by Grigory Vaypan Senior Lawyer at Memorial.
