Youssef El Falah joined ABA ROLI in January 2005 as a staff attorney and has worked on several projects supporting the development of the Moroccan legal and judicial systems. In partnership with public institutions and local civil society, Mr. El Falah led numerous criminal justice sector projects addressing anti-corruption, human trafficking, and gender-based violence. Other focus areas include local governance, public awareness, and judicial ethics. Prior to joining ABA ROLI, he worked with a leading Danish international shipping company and with the first private bank in Morocco. He holds a Master’s degree in project management and Innovation and a B.A. in private law from the University of Mohamed 5-Rabat. He also holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Perpignan-France and a Master certificate of Management from the Maastricht School of Management-The Netherlands.
