Shea Wilcox is a Program Associate with the Workers' Rights and Global Programs Division at ABA ROLI. In that role, she supports global rule of law programming on a variety of issues, including workers' rights, the rights of women and girls, sexual orientation and gender identity, and environmental rule of law. Prior to joining ABA ROLI, Wilcox worked as an administrative assistant for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen and Loewy LLP, an international immigration law firm. Wilcox holds a B.A. in international studies and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
