Amanda Dahan (she/her) joined ABA ROLI in September 2022 as Senior Pricing Manager responsible for leading ABA ROLI’s pricing strategies for new acquisition and assistance business development opportunities. She brings over 11 years of experience in strategic pricing development, business development, and project management for public and private funded domestic and global development activities. Prior to joining ABA ROLI, Amanda worked as Senior Pricing Manager at Social Impact where she was responsible for leading the strategy and development of complex multi-year budgets for USG donor funded proposals while providing cross cutting coordination and support to internal reprioritization. At the Asia Foundation, she was responsible for leading business development strategic pricing focused on USG contract opportunities including developing the cost volume for a winning bid for the organization’s largest USAID contract valued at over $38M. As a core business development team member at Tetra Tech DPK, she developed complex hybrid, CPFF, T&M, and FFP budgets ranging in value up to $400M. She managed the proposal budgeting process for over 27 bids totaling $797M including leading the budget development of a winning $117M Department of State proposal, the largest award in the organization’s history. Amanda holds an M.A. in International Development from Tulane University Law School and a B.A. in International Development and German from California Lutheran University.
