Brianne Stuart, Deputy Director of the Asia Division , is a lawyer and development professional with over ten years of experience designing, implementing and evaluating rule of law, human rights and governance programs throughout Asia and across the globe. Ms. Stuart currently manages programming in China and Sri Lanka, as well as the ROLI-ied global consortium Women and Girls Empowered (WAGE). Prior to joining ABA ROLI, she worked as a legal advisor for ABA ROLl's China program in Beijing. Ms. Stuart also served as a law clerk at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and at the Department of State's Office of the Legal Adviser. She holds a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in literature from the University of Dallas. Ms. Stuart is a licensed member of the New York Bar.
