Judy Geronimo, Program Manager, joined ABA ROLI in February 2020. Judy worked as a development sector professional for over 25 years, primarily performing program development and grant management roles. Prior to joining ABA ROLI, she served as Grants Specialist and subsequently became the Operations Director for a multi-year USAID funded health project of the Research Triangle Institute (RTI) Philippine Branch. Before her work with RTI, she served as the Grants and Subcontracts Manager for Chemonics International's health project in the Philippines. In this capacity, she was directly responsible for overseeing and implementing the grants under contract component of the project. She also has extensive experience managing and designing USAID-funded programs on human/workers and trade union rights promotion, rule of law initiatives for disadvantaged groups, with particular focus on women, children and migrant workers, as well as anti-trafficking in persons and governance initiatives undertaken by the American Center for International Labor Solidarity (Solidarity Center) in the Philippines.
