Olivera Stojanovic, Deputy Director for ABA ROLI's Africa Division, supports management of implementation of programming across the region with focus on operations and compliance. She joined ABA ROLI in January 2014, and most recently oversaw financial management, administration, operations and compliance across Middle East and North Africa. Olivera has over 25 years of experience in management of complex programs with substantial budgets. Prior to joining ABA ROLI, she set-up systems for effective programmatic and resource management for a portfolio of large public health programs, supported management of sub-grants to indigenous NGOs and local government units in Africa and Asia, and worked on development of grant-recipient capacities. Her regional work experience also includes Eastern Europe. Olivera has also worked in both private sector and academia and holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management from the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh.
