Kelvin Kabunga

Sr. Program Manager

Kelvin Kabunga, Sr. Program Manager, manages all finance, compliance, and operations matters for the Africa Division country programs. He has worked with ABA ROLI since January 2011, first in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and now in Washington, DC. From 2011 - 2013, he was a Project Director in the DRC's Gama office, working on programs to combat sexual and gender-based violence. Prior to this, from 2005-2009 he worked directly and as a consultant with other international development organizations, such as DPK-Tetra Tech and Global Rights/Partners for Justice, and local civil society organizations on rule of law and access to justice programs. From 2004 - 2013, Kelvin worked as a criminal law attorney in the DRC, specializing in cases with the Congolese military. Kelvin has an LLM in International Legal Studies from the Washington College of Law; and law degrees (license and a bachelor degrees) in international public law from the Universite Libre des Pays des Grands Lacs, where he has also been a lecturer since 2009.
