TwensQueen Jean-Baptiste

Program Manager

TwensQueen Jean-Baptiste joined ABA ROLI in May 2024 as a Program Manager in the Africa division. Prior to joining ABA, TwensQueen worked at Creative Associates International where she managed two education programs, one in Ethiopia focusing on education in crisis and conflict as well as education recovery and the other in Uzbekistan focusing on inclusive education. Before Creative, TwensQueen spent six years at Wilkes Artis Chartered, where she supported commercial real estate tax appeals in Virginia. She also completed two years in AmeriCorps with City Year and Public Allies. During City Year, TwensQueen supported 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students by providing additional academic interventions. As a Public Ally, she led staff, volunteer, and intern recruitment efforts for an afterschool program in Washington, D.C. TwensQueen holds a Master’s in International Development Studies from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science with a double minor in English and International Studies from Georgia Southern University.
