Claire Duguid

Program Officer

Claire Duguid, Program Officer, joined ABA ROLI in January 2017. She currently provides support to the operations and program implementation of access to justice and judicial accountability projects, and projects to combat sexual and gender-based violence, in the Central African Republic and Liberia. She also leads the program to support independent Sudanese bar associations to challenge human rights violations in Sudan. Prior to joining ABA ROLI, Duguid worked at RAINN for two years providing crisis counseling to members of the U.S. military who have been affected by sexual assault. She also worked at Human Rights First on their Campaign to Dismantle the Business of Human Trafficking. Duguid holds a B.A. in History and International Relations from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
