NATIONAL SECURITY: National security experts convened Oct. 31-Nov. 1 in Washington, D.C., for the 23rd Annual Review of the Field of National Security Law, an event cosponsored by the ABA Standing Committee on Law and National Security; the Center for National Security Law, University of Virginia School of Law; the Center on Law, Ethics and National Security, Duke University School of Law; and the Center on National Security and the Law, Georgetown Law.
