Top national security experts convened Dec. 2-3 in Washington, D.C., for the 21st Annual Review of the Field of National Security Law, cosponsored by the ABA Standing Committee on Law and National Security. Standing Committee Chair Harvey Rishikof (at podium) moderated a panel providing an executive branch update.
