ABA's Family Justice Initiative

In 2017, the ABA launched the Family Justice Initiative, a national project that unites parent attorneys and children’s attorneys around a shared goal of ensuring “every child and every parent has access to high quality legal representation when child welfare courts make life changing decisions about their families.”
