Chris Wooley, ABA ROLI’s Chief of Party in Colombia, is a seasoned international development professional with two decades of experience studying and working on Latin America, most recently in trafficking in persons, justice sector strengthening, and civil society support. Before joining ABA ROLI in April 2024, he served as Project Director for a global initiative at Winrock International to strengthen government enforcement capacity and spent seven years at the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), the non-profit affiliate of the Organization of American States (OAS). With Project Management Professional certification, Chris is an astute and skillful program manager and leader who is passionate about development in Latin America and the Caribbean. He holds a Master of International Affairs degree from Colombia University and Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University and speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and Guarani, the native language of Paraguay, where he was a Peace Corps Volunteer.
