Hawwa Wifsha, Regional Field Financial Manager, joined the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) in October 2022. With over six years of experience in the accounting and finance field, prior to ABA ROLI she was the Field accountant at International Republican Institute Maldives where she honed her skills in financial reporting and compliance in dynamic environments. Based in the Maldives, Wifsha currently works on a regional level managing subawards for multiple programs. She has also worked as a tax auditor for over four years at the Inland Revenue Authority of Maldives.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi where she concentrated in Accounting and Finance.
