Michael Sullivan, Senior Program Manager, has extensive experience managing teams and rule of law programs overseas. He most recently served with the OSCE SMMU in Ukraine from 2014-2021 and prior that, with the U.S. Department of State in Kandahar, Afghanistan from 2010-2013. Mr. Sullivan has also served as a human rights law lecturer for the U.S. Department of State’s Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program and has edited two legal volumes for the American Bar Association: The International Human Rights Law Sourcebook, and the International Humanitarian Law (Law of Armed Conflict) Sourcebook. He is an attorney with a master’s degree from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Mr. Sullivan is currently working on ABA ROLI’s Vietnam program.
