Lily joined ABA ROLI’s Europe and Eurasia Division in 2022 as a program associate, supporting the Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia portfolio. Her background is primarily in policy research and analysis, and her research interests include international human rights law, comparative politics, and political instability. Her experience in international development includes participation in projects funded jointly by USAID and the Center for Disease Control. She is a 2017 graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she earned a B.A. degree in Human Rights and a B.S. degree in Physics. She is also a 2020 MSc Policy Research graduate of Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.
