César Pastore joined ABA ROLI on October 1, 2021 as Program Director for Countering the Financing of Terrorism in South America. He is an economist with a diploma in Economic Development from the International Development Centre of Japan and holds a master's degree in Management and Public Policy from the University of Chile. His career spans more than 20 years as a civil servant and as a specialist in transparency and anti-corruption issues in Paraguay programs funded by USAID and the U.S. Department of State.
