Igor Osyka, ABA ROLI's Country Director for Ukraine, brings to his role more than 15 years of experience overseeing the design and implementation of international technical assistance and training programs in Ukraine. His work has focused on reforms associated with anti-corruption, criminal justice, forensic sciences, judiciary, and law enforcement, including programs funded by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development, European Union, and Global Affairs Canada. Previously, Igor taught criminalistics to police investigators – including procedures, strategy, tactics, and tools for pre-trial investigation – for 10 years at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. He holds an LL.M degree in international and comparative law from the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as a Ph.D. in criminal procedure, criminalistics, and forensic science from the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in Ukraine.
