Molly Inman

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Director

Molly Inman is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Director in the Learning, Evidence, and Impact Division of the American Bar Association Center for Global Programs (ABA CGP). In this role, she focuses on ensuring that programs conduct high-quality MEL so that the organization and broader community of practice has an evidence base for effective, cutting-edge, and innovative rule of law programming. Prior to joining CGP, she was MEL Practice Director at the Navanti Group, where she managed the USAID/Nigeria MEL Support Activity and the Learning and Organizational Development Activity for USAID's Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization (CPS). She also served as a Knowledge Management Specialist and MEL Advisor at USAID/CPS Office of Transition Initiatives where she focused on cross-program learning and effectiveness. She was previously a professor of the practice in Georgetown University's Conflict Resolution MA Program where she continues to teach research methods and human rights and conflict resolution courses. Dr. Inman has also served as a consultant in evaluation and research and has worked in over 20 countries. She holds a PhD in international relations and comparative politics from the University of Maryland, an MA in democracy and human rights from the University of Sarajevo, and a BA in foreign affairs and German from the University of Virginia.
