Randy Hansen has more than 20 years of experience managing complex development programs and leading teams to support their public sector clients on such topics as strategic planning, judicial reform, case management, land rights, and judicial education.  Randy has worked in Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe running programs and researching project opportunities. Randy previously led the Department of State and USAID practice of WWC Global, helping their entrance into international development. Randy has successfully served at all levels of field management and has opened and closed field offices across Africa and Eastern Europe. Prior to working at ABA ROLI Randy worked at Chemonics International and the National Center for State Courts. Randy has a BA in International Studies and Political Science from Texas A&M University.
