Vladimir Gurin, Director Grant Operations and Compliance Department, joined the ABA Rule of Law Initiative in April 2001, when he served as Field Financial Manager in ABA ROLl's Moldova office. In April 2008, he joined ABA ROLl's Washington , DC office. He graduated from the College of Computer Science and the University of Economic Studies of Moldova.
