Priya Amruthkumar is a Program Manager for ABA ROLI's Latin America and Caribbean Division. Before joining ABA ROLI in June 2023, she served as Program Manager at the National Center for State Courts, where she led operations, finance, and administration of a multi-country judicial training and mentoring program in the Caribbean. While at NCSC she also managed a portfolio of programs in Latin America and Southeast Asia, including a juvenile justice program in Nicaragua, and a prosecutorial training program in Honduras. Prior to that, Priya worked at MSI, a Tetra Tech Company, as Project Manager for a multimillion-dollar USAID-funded program that partnered with the Government of Mexico to improve the effectiveness and accountability of state institutions. She has significant experience working in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and is well-versed in USAID and Department of State regulations.

Priya has a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, during which time she studied abroad at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain.
