Jackie Aitken is a Senior Program Officer for the Women and Girls Empowered (WAGE) global consortium program. Prior to joining ABA ROLI, Jackie managed a multi-year capacity building program for gender-based violence (GBV) program managers working in humanitarian settings while working for International Medical Corps (IMC). Through this role, she spent time in Kenya, Uganda, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, and Thailand. Jackie was also a Desk Officer for the East Africa region with IMC, where she provided support to teams in Ethiopia, Somalia, and Kenya. In addition, she has experience in business development from working for an international development organization. Jackies holds an M.P.H. in Health Policy from the George Washington University and B.A. in Political Science from the College of Charleston.
