Background
ABA ROLI began working in Paraguay in 2021 on regional programs to improve the capacity of the governments, financial sector, and civil society in the Tri-Border Area; as well as raising public awareness on the risks associated with unknowing involvement in these crimes. Both programs are funded by the US Department of State Bureau of Counterterrorism.
