In 2024, ABA ROLI began working in Antigua and Barbuda, situated in the Caribbean, on anti-trafficking in persons (TIP) efforts. The country has struggled to enforce TIP laws and hold perpetrators accountable due to case backlogs, insufficient labor trafficking inspection training, and insufficient investigation and prosecutions skills needed to convict traffickers.
