Background
In India, ABA ROLI assisted that country’s criminal justice reform committee in learning about the US criminal justice system in the early 2000s; where discussions explored the speed of adjudication, the role of witnesses, crimes against women, and police investigations. In the past decade, ABA ROLI provided regional support on anti-corruption efforts in Southeast Asia, including India.
