Background
The Republic of the Congo’s judicial systems were weakened by conflict and political instability, where magistrates and other court personnel sought to rehabilitate them. With national-level judicial training efforts underway to address this, ABA ROLI’s regional initiative emphasized complimentary approaches to support those activities.
