The American Bar Association has four core goals. For our Goal III, we have a longstanding commitment to “Eliminate Bias & Enhance Diversity”. In addition, for almost a decade, the ABA has collected staff quantitative and qualitative feedback on an annual anonymous Staff Diversity and Inclusion Survey and published associated Goal III reports.

Diversity Training

From the start of the onboarding process and throughout staffs’ ABA career, the ABA Human Resources team provides all staff with webinar and live training on diversity and inclusion, including implicit bias, preventing discrimination and harassment, etc.
