The ABA Young Lawyers Division remains committed to assuring that it best represent the newest members of the profession, ensuring that it reflects the society it serves, providing young lawyers and young lawyer organizations with the tools and opportunities for professional and personal success, and helping communities through public service. In keeping with this tradition, this bar year we will have five key initiatives and five major conferences that offer opportunities for networking, learning, and public service.

Career Development Initiative—Tools and resources for charting your career path

Touch 10,000—Member-to-member outreach program that matches Division leaders (Ambassadors) with new bar admittees (NBAs) to welcome them to the ABA and to the legal profession
