Affiliate Spotlight: ABA YLD 2014 Subgrant Program

The ABA YLD offers a number of resources to assist Affiliates across the nation achieve their respective organizational goals. For example, the ABA YLD Subgrant Program is a potential source of funding for Affiliates specifically interested in improving or implementing public service or member service projects. The subgrant program provides a total of $25,000 in funding to qualifying Affiliates, with individual subgrants of up to $2,000 for public service projects and up to $500 for bar leadership/membership service projects. The judging committee, comprising eight attorneys from the ABA YLD, announced this year’s winners at the ABA YLD Spring Conference in Pittsburgh in May.
