Focus: Children’s Rights and Family Law; Intellectual Property and Business Law

Courses: Int’l Intellectual Property; Int’l Children’s Rights; Comparative Domestic Violence Law; Environmental Sustainability in Int’l Business and Law; Int’l Business Transactions; Comparative Family Law.

Tuition/fees: $3,700 for 2-week program; $4,000 for 3-week program; $8,230 for 8-week program. Non-refundable enrollment fee of $200 before March 31st, and $400 on/after April 1. Includes legal and cultural tours.

Housing: Housing is available near Nanjing University, where classes are held.

Requirements: Completion of 1 year of study in good standing at an ABA-approved school.

Tel Aviv

Dates: June 7–18 and June 21–July 2 (students may take both sessions for a 4-week program)

Focus: Int’l and Comparative Law

Courses: (tentative) Christian and Jewish Legal Traditions; Freedoms and Rights; Genocide and the Law; Int’l Criminal Law; Int’l Environmental Law; Religion and State. The program also offers externships.

Tuition/fees: $4900 for the four-week session; $3700 for a two-week session; both include legal and cultural tours. Non-refundable enrollment fee of $200 before March 31, and $400 on/after April 1.

Housing: No official program housing. Housing available through a private vendor on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirements: Completion of 1 year of study in good standing at an ABA-approved school.
