Courses: Comparative Law: Comparative Perspectives on Counterterrorism (cases and comparison of EU, US, Israeli, and NATO national approaches), Comparative Trademark Law (focusing on legal protections in China, Europe, and the US); Comparative Environmental Law (focusing on theories of regulation and protection, governance structures, transnational monitoring and compliance, and litigation strategies), Int’l Law: Int’l Arbitral Process (2 credits apiece for a possible total of 8 credits).
Requirements: Good standing at, or graduates of, an ABA-approved or European law school.
