Courses: South African Legal System: From Apartheid to Transition to Nation-building, Comparative Constitutional Law, Comparative Criminal Law & Procedure/Comparative ADR (2 credits each, 6 credits total). A highlight is the involvement of South African students.

Courses: EU Business Law, Int’l Sales Law & another Business Law course (2 credits each, 6 credits total). University of Montpellier students also enroll in classes.

San Jose
Courses: Conservation Clinic, Int’l & Comparative classes—Environmental Law, Law Skills Lab, Watershed Management: Law, Science, & Policy (2 credits each, 6-credit maximum). Field trips to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and other legal entities, plus optional trips to a marine turtle biological research station on the Caribbean coast, to tag sea turtles, go white-water rafting, etc. Program includes students from Costa Rica, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the US.
