Courses: The Practice of Mediation, Int’l Human Rights, Comparative Employment Discrimination Law. Visit to German Parliament and a bus tour of Berlin.

Housing: Housing not included in tuition, but Touro offers a housing option, approximately $1,200–$1,600, depending on the apartment selected.

Jerusalem

Courses: International Human Rights; Jewish Law & American Law in Comparative Perspective; Civil Liberties in an Age of Terrorism; Problems of Church & State in Israeli & American Constitutionalism: Biomedical Ethics. Meetings with officials in Israel's government and Supreme Court, tour of the Knesset (Israel's parliament), and visit to Yad Vashem (the Holocaust memorial museum).

Tuition $ Fees: $4,750 for up to 6 credits, includes a $150 nonrefundable application fee applied to tuition cost. Includes double-occupancy housing at the Agron Guest House, daily breakfast, lunch on class days, and excursions in Jerusalem.

Admission Requirements: Completion of 1 year full- or part- time law study in good standing.

Shimla and Dharamsala - program begins and ends in Delhi

Courses: Indian & Tibetan Law & Philosophy, Int’l Human Rights, Civil Liberties in an Age of Terrorism. Visit Hindu and Buddhist temples, meet judges, lawyers, and local dignitaries. Weekends provide opportunities for whitewater rafting, trekking, and local excursions. Orientation will be held in Delhi, where students will visit Parliament.

Tuition $ Fees: $6,900, includes $200 nonrefundable application fee, up to 6 credits, double-occupancy housing, transportation in India, and some meals.

Vietnam

Courses: Two sessions, with choice of 2 courses in each: Int’l Criminal Law, Int’l Human Rights, Int’l IP and (tentatively) Comparative Criminal Law. Session 1 includes overnight trip to Mekong Delta; optional 4-day excursion to Cambodia between Sessions 1 & 2 costs an additional $1,100. Travel to other major destinations in Vietnam, such as Hue, Hanoi, and Ha Long Bay, can be arranged.

Tuition $ Fees: $5,700 for entire program (up to 6 credits), includes $200 nonrefundable application fee. Session 1 alone is $3,000; Session 2 alone is $2,900.

Housing: Double-occupancy in a hotel. Single rooms available for a supplement. Breakfast every day. Lunch on class days in Session 1.

Courses: Int’l Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution (5 credits).

Housing: Double occupancy, hotel in Zagreb, dorm room at the University of Zadar.
