Courses: Overview of Chinese legal system, focus on Chinese domestic law related to emerging market economy. Hosted by Renmin (People’s) University of China Law School. CLE credit available.
Tuition $ Fees: Program A: $3,790 for 4 weeks/5 credits, Program B: $1,895 for 2 weeks/2 credits, includes instruction, health insurance, double-occupancy housing, field trips, and scheduled sightseeing activities. Other anticipated expenses include travel to and from China, food, visa procurement, misc. expenses, plus tuition (if any) charged by the applicant’s school.
Admission Requirements: Completion of 1 year of study in good standing at an ABA-approved law school. Also open to graduates of ABA-approved law schools. Practicing lawyers, foreign law students or foreign law graduates, or American or foreign applicants with graduate degrees in disciplines other than law may apply.
