Courses: Cross Border Trade in IP; Philosophical Foundations of IP; Patents, Technology & Society; Artist’s Rights: Freedom v. Control in Copyright; Chinese IP Law; European IP Law; Internet Law; Trademarks and Geographical Indications.

Tuition $ Fees: $2,100 for 2 credits; $4,200 for 4 credits. Includes study visits and selected social events.

Housing: Students are responsible for making their own housing arrangements. Costs in 2012 ranged from $1,500–$2,500 for four weeks.

Admission Requirements: Completion of at least 1 full year of full- or part-time study at an ABA-approved law school before program begins. While the majority of students in the program will be students at US law schools, applications are welcomed from eligible applicants from throughout the world.
