Student Lawyer Law School Directories

Directory of LL.M. Programs

Student Lawyer obtained the information for this directory by soliciting ABA-approved law schools, which were offered free listings of their  LL.M. programs. The display and banner ads that appear throughout the magazine and this directory were purchased by the advertisers.

Publication of this information does not constitute an endorsement or approval of any program by Student Lawyer, the ABA, or the Law Student Division.

Standard 313 of the ABA Standards for Approval of Law Schools states that an ABA-approved law school may not establish a degree program other than its JD degree program unless the school is fully approved, and the additional degree program will not detract from a law school's ability to maintain a sound JD degree program. The school must obtain acquiescence prior to commencing such a program. The ABA does not formally approve any program other than the first degree in law (JD).

Subject headings are not necessarily the precise name of the degree granted. FT means full-time; PT means part-time. Tuition is approximate and is per academic year unless otherwise noted.

Although Student Lawyer has taken reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of each listing, the magazine is not responsible for any errors. All information is subject to change and should be confirmed with the schools directly. Questions about information in these listings also should be directed to the schools.

For further information on these and other LL.M. programs, visit the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar.
