This digital privacy presentation will focus on “the consumer’s right to know.” Panelists will discuss consumers’ right to be informed of whether and how they are tracked on the Internet, including disclosure of what information is being collected and how it is being used. Panelists will consider how consumers can protect their privacy and not be followed, or whether, once the choice is made to go online, all “bets are off!”
