Mr. Boehnert practices real estate and environmental law, including coastal permitting, in Providence, Rhode Island. He is currently writing a book on ocean zoning.

Ms. Leibman is a second-year student at Lewis & Clark Law School, has undergraduate and graduate degrees in marine science, and worked on coastal regulatory issues while serving as a NOAA Sea Grant Fellow in the officeof U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.).
