• Do you collect personal information?

• Do you use cookies?

• Do you track online activity?

• Do you allow third-party tracking?

• Do you tell visitors how you use their personal information?

• Do you use personal information in ways other than visitors would expect?

• Do you have reasonable data security precautions?

• Can visitors limit your use or sharing of their data?

• Can visitors see the information you have about them?

• Do you have a dispute resolution process?

If you answer yes to more than three of these questions, your firm needs a privacy policy.
