Judicial Division Record

The Judicial Division Record is the only newsletter published by the American Bar Association’s Judicial Division. The Judicial Division Record is a comprehensive newsletter providing news about Division and Conference activities, products, publications and programs.

The Judicial Division Record contains sections for each Division Conference entitled, "Appellate Judges News," "Lawyers Letter," "The Administrative Judiciary News and Journal," "Federal Trial News," "Special Court News" and "Trial Judges News."

In addition, an insert, Highway to Justice, is included in each issue at no extra charge. This insert, as a joint project with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, provides updates on national traffic safety news.
