On 8/02/10, the Administration for Children and Families, Department of Health and Human Services, announced an 8/23/10 meeting in Washington, DC, of the National Commission on Children and Disasters. The Commission will review and vote on the Final Report to the President and Congress and host a panel discussion on the progress of children’s working group activities and collaborations between FEMA, the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, and the Administration for Children and Families.
