On 1/13/10, the House Judiciary Committee approved HR 3190, the Discount Pricing Consumer Protection Act of 2009. On 5/19/09, ABA Section of Antitrust Law Chair James A. Wilson testified before a Senate Judiciary subcommittee expressing ABA opposition to the proposed legislation.
