On 4/4/11, the Social Security Administration (SSA) announced a final rule to extend, until 8/9/13, the rule authorizing attorney advisors to conduct certain prehearing procedures and to issue fully favorable decisions. FR18383.
On 4/4/11, the Election Assistance Commission announced a request for public comment on a proposed information collection, Election Assistance Commission’s Voting System Testing and Certification Program Manual, Version 1.0, to fulfill its mandate to test, certify, decertify, and recertify voting system hardware and software by accredited laboratories. On 4/4/11, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a request for public comment on a proposed information collection, HOPE VI Public Housing Programs, created to make assistance available on a competitive basis to public housing agencies (PHAs) in improving the living environment for public housing residents of severely distressed public housing projects through the demolition, rehabilitation, reconfiguration, or replacement of severely distressed public housing projects.
